ISABELLE KONGSHAUG feat. NELLE (SE). Isabelle Kongshaug is a local artist based in Norrköping. As a solo artist she finds inspiration within the singer/songwriter tradition. With a background in jazz music and with an interest for folk and acoustic pop, her music is a blend of different genres and expressions. Songs about everything between environmental issues to consent as well as everyday obstacles. 

While studying music at the University of Stavanger, Norway, she recorded and released her debut EP with her jazz band The Swede & The Sweet Swingers (2019). She’s a member of the experimental vocal ensemble Vok Ens who debuted with their free improv album ”Vok I” (2021), followed by the second album ”Sentient” (2023), a collaboration with electronic musician John Derek Bishop, which was released on Jazzland Recordings.

nelle is a Swedish singer/songwriter. After studying a year at LIMPI, Norway, she found her voice in a chill Swedish pop sound. Being vulnerable in melancholic and nostalgic chords, melodies and lyrics is where she’s best. After graduating in 2022 she moved to Oslo and released her first music later that same year. Now she’s back in Sweden, trying to find her way between songs and studies. And a few tunes and gigs later, she’s now also looking forward to making, releasing and performing new music in new ways.

Isabelle and nelle found each other through the local music competition P4 Nästa where nelle was one of the finalists and Isabelle was in the jury. Though coming from different musical backgrounds they found a shared love for acoustic pop and started collaborating.
