With a signature mix of cinematic dream pop, head-spinning soundscapes and ethereal vocals, I WANT POETRY have quickly become a force to be reckoned with within the German electropop scene. Their 2020 debut album “Human Touch” featured collaborations with names such as Kieron Menzies [Lana del Rey] and caught the imaginations of fans and press alike: “a highly sophisticated debut album” (laut.de), “an impressive debut.” (RBB Radio Eins).

Singer Tine von Bergen and pianist Till Moritz Moll invite listeners to a dreamy voyage between worlds of sound. It’s an eternal interplay of warm nostalgia, serene elegance and light-flooded glimmers of hope, which runs like a thread through their songs.

They work together with internationally renowned acts and producers like Kieron Menzies (Lana del Rey), Roy Kerr aka MyRiot (London Grammar, Aurora), Rob Rox (Banks) or Michael Vajna (Malky). I WANT POETRY are winners of the Wettbewerb Popmusik Sachsen 2022 and nominees of the European Songwriting Awards, German Songwriting Awards and Hollywood Music in Media Awards.

Their new album SOLACE + LIGHT will be out early 2023.
