Bara Jonson and Free (SE) were nominated ’Best Emerging Artist – International’ at Indie Week ShowcaseFestival in Toronto, Canada (2019), then selected and announced INES#Talent2020-21.
They call their music Crockpop(Country/Rock/Pop)
Signed to a Canadian management companyEntertainment Music Group (EMG) for the Americas and MusicHelp for Sweden and Europe the duo has become a frequent feature on the live stages around Sweden. Their tours have also reached
Denmark, Holland, Germany, UK and Canada.
2021 they performed at Musikhjälpen whose’ mission is to create awareness of and fundraise for selected catastrophes.
The same year they started their own festival,Lilla By Festivalen that already in 2022 had grown into a hybrid festival; somewhere in between music festival and a Showcase.
2022 started with the Mood Indigo virtual festival, Bombay together with Cirque Arté Diem, then the fantastic showcase festival Future Echoes in Norrköping. They also opened, together with CirqueArté Diem, Byggnads 2022 Congress in Stockholm. They have become frequently invited to perform on theater stages around Sweden.
