Pete Beck is the Global Head of Sync for leading digital distributor and services provider Believe, running all sync business across the company’s global roster of in-house labels, artist services signings and distributed labels. Working with partners in the advertising, television, film and video games industries, Pete manages all creative and licensing business for Believe’s global sync teams whilst also overseeing the departments’ continued expansion around the world.

Before joining Believe in July 2015, Pete spent over five and a half years at major international publisher Warner/Chappell, working specifically in advertising and TV sync for UK and international clients. Here, Pete worked with artists such as Radiohead, Muse, Led Zeppelin, Beyonce, The 1975, Michael Kiwanuka, George Michael and many more.
