I am a professionally trained business coach and consultant. I use coaching to uncover potential, to break through stagnation and I use creativity as a resource for coaching issues. My focus is on people as individuals.
Since the late 1980s, the cultural and creative industries have developed into one of the most dynamic sectors of the global economy. And since 1987 I have been working successfully in the cultural and creative industries. My professional experience is based on my previous work in theaters, museums, radio, cultural and art associations, universities, art academies and the private sector.
As a performance artist & curator, I also apply coaching as a principle in the creation of artworks and for the curatorial conception of exhibition projects.
As a performance art teacher, I use coaching strategies to break creative stagnation and unleash the potential of emerging artists.
As a mentor, I accompany young creative people in their very personal development and pass on my professional knowledge and experience.
