Future Echoes connects with two new showcase festivals in this new speakers announcement.

Today Future Echoes release three new speakers, Andy Jones from Focus Wales, Boyan Robert Pinter from Sofia International Music Conference and Grace Puluczek from 3 Notes Management. 

You may have seen them on many conferences digitally over the last year but now you can meet them in person at Future Echoes in Norrköping, 16- 18th September at our conference.

Andy Jones (UK)

Andy Jones is the co-founder and music booker for the FOCUS Wales showcase festival. Andy has worked within the music industry for over 15 years, as an artist, label MD, and promoter. He’s delivered work for a variety of labels, including dedicated releases in the UK, Germany, Italy and Canada. Through these projects Andy has gained extensive experience of the various sectors, providing his team with a depth of expertise which underpins the delivery of the FOCUS Wales festival. FOCUS Wales is an annual international showcase festival for the Welsh music industry, and takes place in Wrexham each year, placing the industry spotlight firmly on the talent that Wales has to offer the world. 2021 marks the festival’s 10th anniversary year edition, and will welcome over 15,000 festival goers, with over 250 bands from around the world performing across 20 stages. Alongside the annual festival, FOCUS Wales also have an international branch to their work, supporting artists from Wales to export across the globe, with FOCUS Wales showcases to date at SXSW, M for Montreal, BreakOut West, and more projects in the works.

Andy has taken part in conferences at music industry events around the world, including BreakOut West (Western Canada), Tallinn Music Week (Estonia), UU Sound (Russia), POP Montreal, M for Montreal, SHOW ME (Switzerland), Indie Week (Toronto), LUCfest (Taiwan), TAMM (Japan), Ear Hub (Hong Kong), MU:CON (Korea), Zandari Festa (Korea), Nova Scotia Music Week, Live at Heart (Sweden), and NewSkool Rules (The Netherlands).

Boyan Robert Pinter (BG)

Boyan Robert Pinter – Born in Bulgaria, matured in America, enjoying himself responsibly over the world. Before moving to Europe, Boyan was a touring musician in the US. Besides being a trained guitarist, he  was the designated driver and business manager. This eventually led him to a Masters in Arts Administration and a job with the Lotus World Music and Arts Festival. Moving to Bulgaria in 2010, Boyan finds a job with Live Nation Partner organization Sofia Music Enterprise promoting a variety of events: from Roger Water’s The Wall (stadium tour) to three productions of Cirque Du Soleil, from old school heavy metal like Slayer and Megadeth, to modern progressive rock like Steven Wilson, from classical prodigies like Nigel Kennedy, to fusion legend Al Di Meola, and contemporary global diva Sara Tavares.

Boyan’s extensive training in the music industry is matched by his never-ending ambition to acquire new skills and knowledge of the industry. He is heavily invested in his current resident country Bulgaria, a part of the international music industry community and for that purpose he has conducted workshops and courses in the music business and has just launched a new conference and showcase platform to fulfill the needs of the growing Bulgaria music industry awareness called the Sofia International Music Conference – a knowledge transfer and networking project in the shape of a podcast series. 

Boyan has a continuous presence at all Eurocentric international music conference – from ESNS in The Netherlands to Mastering the Music Business in Romania, he has established a wide network of professionals within major and minor markets in Europe and is eager to offer his services and assisting the development of a large-scale company with a vision for the future of the music business in Europe and beyond. 

He continues to book artists for the Bulgarian market, provide management and consultation services, and find the time to make records.

Grace Puluczek (BE)

With 14 years marketing experience for Multinational companies in electronics and gaming industries yet a lifelong passion for music, at the start of 2017, Grace took over the direction of BalconyTV Madrid (producing more than 200 acoustic videos and interviews) and started a music consultancy company. 3 Notes offers tailor made services for artists including management, booking, promotion, programming, production, label services, digital and branding. The mission is to enable the artists music heard, wherever in the world that may be. To date organising nearly 200 concerts, launched more than 40 albums, EPs and singles, and worked with 15 Spanish and International emerging artists helping to develop their musical career. Since last year working with Future Echoes Showcase Festival in Sweden as Head European Coordinator / International advisor. A force to be reckoned with when it comes to having an international emerging talent radar.

3 Notes international touring CV with acts includes festivals such as Summerfest, Indie Week and Sziget Festival and spans, UK, Italy, Sweden, USA, Canada and more. Combining that with being a Host and DJ for Cashbox Radio, Canada and with several speaker credits including: Management Panels at Live at Heart, Sweden Fira B, Mallorca, MMB digital, Chair on a Female entrepreneurs in the Music Industry panel, Mallorca Live Pro, International Festivals panels and the importance of communication in Music for Cranc Festival, Mallorca, as well as a speaker on The Importance of Online Radio with Cashbox for Indie Week, Canada.
